Contest Gremlins are out in force this weekend. 

Check the fuses and holders.
Check the 1N40007 safety diode on the HV filter board
Also possible a metering resistor opened up.
Check the bias Zeners before trying to fire up.

Also possible you had a failure on the timer/overload board but I would
start with the above .
