I guess that Your PS transformer is coupled in Y. I do'nt what will happen
 when coupled like that, but I know that once we ran a test with a triangel-
coupled transformer running on 2 phases, and we had a HV little less than
normal, and a little more Unloded/loaded voltage swing, but we ran like that
for 4 hours and had a very good test.

Do make a controlled test, and tell us.
