In order to discourage would-be illegal ham band intruders from sinning
(coveting our bands) I think it should be encouraged that everyone run the
legal power limit at all times. That way the bands would not be so quiet and
therefore less tempting for those who would use them for broadcasting and
other commercial purposes.
Sorry for the religious connotations.
