I think that's rather too sweeping a statement. It depends on where the
resonances came - if they weren't on a harmonic, how would you know?
How do you get a parallel resonance IN THE CAPACITOR until the capacitor
becomes an appreciable part of a wavelength in size? Even then, it's a bit
hard for me to imagine how you get a high circuit impedance.
