Cheaper is not always better. Granted Mouser, Digi-Key and others may be
lower in cost but the Harbach drop in replacement pc board with the new
caps, rectifiers, and meter shunts/multipliers is reasonably priced at $95
(going from memory here, but I remember it was under a bill).
Not bad for what you get. He has a nice web site with GREAT pictures at
