This is a pathetic story, bad for international business, and
international relations.
The original complainant should appeal the the United Nations for help,
if that august body is unable to assist, then he should kiss his ass
good bye, and refrain from using this reflector to attempt to exert peer
pressure on the alleged fraudster.
