Jim,
A great book arrived with my Sencore Capacitor Analyzer some 
time ago. They have a really great series of technical data 
sheets concerning electrolytics.  You can check their web site or 
contact them directly. Last time I checked, the data sheets are 
free for the asking. Mention that your interested in the paperwork 
on their cap test equipment.
