813s never need VHF suppressors.  One can barely get them to work at 
28MHz.  3-500Zs are rated for full output at 110MHz for Amplifier and 
Oscillator service.  8877s are rated for full suds at 300MHz.  According 
to one computer analysis program, above 100MHz 8877s are capable of 
self-oscillation.
