Hi Mike,
  Those parts run anywhere from 7.5KV to 15KV (depending on the precision
of manufacture) and should be stamped on the end housing in ink -- look
at it carefully in bright light and maybe you can find the remnants of
the marking.

  Though, as Rich noted, with a part of that age (40 years?) a hi-pot
check is the only way to really be sure of its current condition.
