Should be no problem to tune 10m, just raise the Q of the Pi-Circuit or use=20
Pi-L,
output capacity of the tube is just 24pf by Eimac datasheet.
Tuning Capacitor should be vacuum type for low minimum C.

I run 3 large glass envelope tubes with about 40pf Cout with equal effiency=20
on 10m
as on other bands. ( L=3D 0,4 =B5H  ), RL is similar to 3CX3000A7s tuned=20
condition.

I would recommend to use 4 to 4,5 KV to keep RL low, tuning on 10m will be=20
much easier then,
probably a bit more drive will be needed, but no problem to get >1500 out=20
with 100W of drive.

It appears to me as a funny idea that Eimac did it by purpose....
The relatively high capacity is produced automatically by the larger=20
structure of course !

My amplifier for 144Mc runs very nicely with 12db gain by this triode as=20
well.=20
