Find a roofing or sheetmetal shop. They have guillotines and metal bending
breaks.
If necessary get them to buy in a sheet of aluminium of the weight you need.
They will cut panels for little cost.
Generally speaking it is better to make amp chassis and cases from flat
sections and use L section alumin available at most hardware houses to join
sections. The plates can be attached to the L with pop rivets, or bolted if
needed to be dismantled.
Many sheetmetal shops also have dies to punch holes in the plates for tube
sockets etc.
Easypeasy, good, and cheap.
