Hi everyone.
I recently got an Ameritron AL-84 in a very good
conditions. I runs well on CW (400 watts), but in SSB
I get 150 to 200 watts when I drive it with 80 to 90
watts PEP (normal voice level).
I tested with 25W AM having 200W output.
Do you think this normal? Im not an expert on amps.
I have red that this amp can work on 10M; do you know
how?
Any help will be very wellcome.
