[Amps] HV cable for abt 200 degrees celsius?

Hi all:

Yet another question for building this GU-84b based amp:

What cables would you suggest (and where to get that in Europe) for the
High Voltage (abt 4 kV) connections within the amp and between the amp
and the PS?

Which insulation to take? PE, VPE?
