 Dan,

It must just be where you all ship from. I know here they are the most
accomodating folks around. I've had them to actually take a new box and
double box items for me, put in paper packing, re-do the labels, tape it up,
etc. Didn't charge one dime extra either.

Bingo.. exactly correct!! They do not repack or rebox and have no desire to
or any requirement to do so. I know hard to believe but been there done that
..as i already stated when they determine improperly packed you are out of
luck period..
