If the design allows for individual bias I reckon you don't need matched pairs 
of MRF150s - saving 5-10% brings the price comparison very close.

Personally, I'd probably go for the MRF150s. I'm not knocking APT devices, but 
the linearity looks very poor in the only example I know of (the 50MHz app 
note).
