Hi Mike I think the breakdown for air is 75V/mil... about 9kV @ 125 mils. Engineers would probably then down-rate it (fudge factor) to maybe 6 or 7kV. Check the ARRL Handbook. It has a list of common spacings and their voltage ratings.
