Mike,
This is  most likely a 153-506-1.
4500 volts peak.
Max. cap. 155 pf; min cap. 24 pf.
Gap .125
Plates per section 17
Length from mounting hole to mounting hole 13 1/16 inches.

Let me know if this is the right one.
