Yes, however, the anode sees two RLs, one at the HF tank's design  
frequency and another RL at the anode's VHF self-resonance.

My mistake. Tnx, Steve.   Higher VHF Q in the parasitic suppressor  
means higher VHF RL - and more amplification - at the anode's VHF  
self resonance.
