Well Larry, my comments werent meant to be arrogant but to simply bring 
the facts foreward.

Since you appeared to ignore advice from several and went off half 
cocked on your own speaks volumes. And it stopped any further replies on 
the Heath reflector.

I wish you luck on here but Im not holding my breath based upon your 
snotty attitude.

Its not considered good form to toss a grenade into your bosses office 
and then walk in looking for a raise.
