Carl, I know what you mean about PAYPAL and EBAY and the "substantially not as advertised", but who is paypal to decide something they know nothing about. It always seems that EBAY sellers put in the disclaimer and verbage that can worm them out of liability. Not to say it is impossible to win a dispute, but I hat fighting.
