Gerald and Paul:

Most meters I have seen are 90 and 100 degrees except
for super-cheapies such as might be found in battery
chargers and so on.  Those tend to be down at 60
degrees or worse.

I agree with Gerald that if you get "fairly close" then just
let it go at that.  90 degrees is easy to "eyeball", and 100
is nearly as easy.
