The Bandit I, II and III were built by D&A in Scottsbulff Nebraska. Hunter
built much higher quality amplifiers using? higher power sweep tubes at higher
plate voltages and something new at the time, (for CB amplifiers), called
'BIAS"!???
?I have no record of a Hunter branded amplifer called the Bandit, but it would
be foolish for me to say that it didn't exist. if you have any information that
you would be willing to share, I would appreciate all information I could get
on it , (especially a scanned copy of the owners manual and schematic), as I
have been?considering writing a book on the subject of those old seep tube
amplifiers..
