If you have a drill press and vise, you can make one in a few minutes. A one
inch section of a .75" bolt makes the donor material. Drill through the center
.25" and then drill again half way .375" diameter. Set screws can be added by
drilling one side and tapping 6-32 or 8-32.

A .25" bolt and nut makes a nice mandrel to chuck the piece in the drill
press for smoothing the ends and removing burrs.
