The assembly alignment also contributes to many 10M failures on those amps, 
the wipers are barely touching the contacts as can be seen by the way they 
are melted.

Its best to not use steel hardware to attach the contact, brass is available 
at hobby shops.

I swaped the 10m contacts on a hacked SB200 around 8-9 years ago using a 
junk box contact salvaged from a new wafer and #4 screws. Slightly lighter 
than the original but never a problem. The only PITA was the RF deck 
reassembly needed to be sequenced like the amp was being built.
