Looks like an opportunity to do something new. If the power supply is in good
condition and the plate tank circuit and other stuff is still there you may
brain storm a bit and see what you come up with. You could make a 3x 4-400A amp
and get cheap tubes. Or use Russian tubes.
Lots of possibilities, but if the basic stuff is there may ask around for parts
from the list. I can certainly help out if you
need sockets or misc stuff.

Gotta say that this subject is dear to my heart. acquired a basket
case Henry 2k-4 - and fully intended to get it on the air quickly.
BUT - somewhere along the way kept coming up with ideas - some caused
by this group - that has kept adding to the time of completion. Is
almost two years into the project - and still adjusting my needs.
And no longer have a "junk Bin" to scrounge in - but have had none
problems getting parts from the various catalogue sources.

Sure lots of room in this beast - but weight of the power supply is
challenging - haw.

Anyhoo - it IS a learning experience - I find that I have forgotten
more than I will ever remember !

Just MAY have fit ready for the smoke test by Christmas - or New
Years - or ?

Thanky for being there, Gentlemen.
