Tessco online or Granger should have or can get any value made. There are a
lot of them being used in Fixed Equipment from Motorola. About anything that
is High Duty Transmitting equipment is using the ceramic. As an interesting
aside, the circuit boards on the PA for Quantar Repeaters and Nuclius
Transmitters are traced on a ceramic surface. The whole board is ceramic and
handles the temp from 100% Duty Cycle use nicely. Some of these that handle
the control channel will remain keyed at full output for more than 10 years.

I bought some at my local farm supply store, WILCO. I believe Home Depot has

them too. They are labeled as microwave oven fuses. Available in both 15 and

25 amp. They are a dark brown/gray. They are either ceramic or some sort of 
fiber type material. I've seen them both ways.

Or simply order them from Mouser. www.mouser.com They have no minimum order 
requirements.
