There are thousands of the Russian tubes still on the market. I have been 
buying them constantly without having any trouble finding them for the past 10 
years. They may not be making them as the rumor states, but I have certainly 
had no trouble obtaining them when needed.

  I get mine from a supplier in China but you can get them from the guy below 
at exactly the same prices. I have bought from him also and  I believe that 
Carl, KM1H has dealt with him on numerous occasions.
