[Amps] WARNING! W4RT

I recently purchased a LDG AT-100 autotuner from W4RT as described on their web 
page:

The tuner I received was a PROll model which doesn't even have a socket for the 
replacement
CPU to turn it into the AT-100AMP. So far, they have not responded to my 
e-mails 
and I have
opened a dispute with PayPal.
