Blame worldwide scammers and PayPal for no PO Box shipping.

I lost a few $$ before also not shipping to a PO box and a few notorious 
countries. Russia and the former Soviet republiks in Europe are all 
excellent customers plus I also buy from several.

Ive never had a problem with China either (or Chile).
