Not quite; gb.mouser.com looks like a UK operation, but it is actually a 
virtual storefront for the same US facility that you use.

One day, all international ordering will be like this. We see price 
listings in GBP and Mouser are authorized to collect British taxes. 
Shipments are then pre-cleared to pass straight through UK Customs which 
cuts the delivery time to about 3 days and avoids those infuriating 
"ransom demands" for additional duty or taxes. The whole thing is very, 
very well done.

There is free Fedex shipping on orders above GBP50 (about $80) which is 
a steal for heavy and expensive items like large ferrite cores. However, 
there is a substantial delivery charge for orders below that threshold, 
so Mouser isn't the place to buy just 20 resistors.
