Regarding vapor phase cooling, I had to smile when I read Dick's
suggestion to evacuate the cooling system to 1 PSIA, lowering the
boiling point to 100F.  Seems like this would change everything - 
at the
cost of additional complexity, of course.  Whoever would have 
thought we
might see ham amps with vacuum pumps?
