There is no doubt it would exceed RF exposure limits (which have never been proven to be worth while and are set to several times the level considered to still be safe.)

With a mobile whip efficency, the radiated power (field intensity) is most likely far less than what you get from a 5W HT with a rubber duck antenna on 2-meters and on 20 meters the RF has far less effect than on 2-meters.


Kindly provide the basis for this fear of RF exposure you have.  I
don't think he wants to touch the antenna with his skin.  Tnx vy much
