I bought the blower on ebay. It is Japanese and the model number is B353-3. It is a 200v
blower, so I used a tap on one of the transformer primaries. Unfortunately, I forgot the
name of the manufacturer and the spec sheet I have is in Japanese!

I thought a lot about using a separate power supply. I would much have

I finished the wiring as well as testing and adjusting the Tetrode
Boards, which
include the screen and bias regulators and trip circuits, the warmup
timer, etc. I have
not yet applied HV, which I intend to do when I'm fresh, and after I've
cooked the tube
with heater voltage only for a while.
I'm working on adding fans to a '1000 watt' Drake dummy load to use for
testing.
