I remember reading that the use of Heat Sink Compound between
the device (LDMOS) and the Cu Heat Sink was NOT recommended.
They require an extremely flat surface on the Heat Sink. The temp's
at that junction can be quite high.

It's use between the Cu and Al Heat Sinks though is another matter.
