I still find it surprising (to say the least!) that the ETSI Standard doesn't 
require operation over the +/-10% of nominal mains voltage. A definite 
omission. Still, ERM TG26 is mainly concerned with maritime stuff: at the last 
re-appointment of the Chairman, a candidate openly stated that commercially 
available amateur equipment was not something to bother with, not being 
important enough. He didn't get in - too many voting delegates were amateurs! 

You might expect that amateur, CB and PMR446 could all fit together in one 
group, but CB, PMR446 and PMR generally are a different group - chaired by 
G4VVZ.

Presumably the amplifier meets the requirements for 8kV ESD, though.
