  I don't know, but by all rights (in America) if you want to be
serious, if you are charged with the responsibility of not exceeding
1,500 Watts PEP and your power measuring instrument has a guaranteed
accuracy of 10% you should never exceed 1,350 Watts on that power
measuring instrument when you transmit, so your power measuring
instrument's accuracy sure can effect your operation.
