Would these caps be safe to use in an amp PS?

Samsung 120 mfd   at 450 volt 105c

Would this # EIAJD0160 reveal the date code?

Or  best not to mess with anything below 500v?

The Clipperton L manual says  100uF @ 500v, the ones
in there are 125uF @ 500v.
