I also have a new circuit board only which is a soft key module for the SB220
and other + voltage keyed amplifiers with a 120 volt DC relay power supply like
the Kenwood TL-922.
- Uses common easy to find parts and not an expensive MOSFET design. The keying
voltage is regulated so no possibility of high voltage appearing on the keying
line to your radio.
- Parts from Mouser are less than $2.00! If you have the parts in your junk
box, you don’t need to order them!
