But if it turns out some are bad, replace ALL of them with 105c caps from a 
reputable distributor, like Digikey or Mouser, etc. Old electrolytics can be 
unreliable and a failure could damage the transformer. Also there are a lot of 
fakes on eBay.
Of course you should check the diodes too.
