Hi Robert,

I use to own one of these amps back in the 1980's I think. It was called the 
tug-boat amp because that is where these amplifiers were used, on tug-boats. 

My RF-103 had a bad 3-1000 tube. Otherwise, it worked OK.

I have a box of spare parts around here somewhere for it. Other than that, I 
don't remember much about it other than it was very heavy!

Prior owner moved into location that it didn't fit..

 

Said it tunes manually fine but the auto tune only operated in one direction


which sounds like driver transistor to servo is probably gone.
