I have an RF104. AFAIK the RF deck is the same as the RF103. It is the channel
programme board behind the front door that is different.

Prior owner moved into location that it didn't fit..
Said it tunes manually fine but the auto tune only operated in one direction
which sounds like driver transistor to servo is probably gone.
