[Antennaware] russian vertical

It should be probably the "UW4HW" vertical which is a biconical monopole fed
via 75 ohm coax. Nothing to do with ladder lines, antenna tuners or such
silly things. Tried to get more info because the original which I get
translated by an Ukrainian was too brief. It would be rather interesting to
have full description with more details.
