Thanks for all the replies to my question. Everyone said the same thing,
my rig is still not performing correctly; by the meter anyways. All on
the air reports say the audio sounds good and I make plenty of contacts.
My last experience with the East Coast Service Center was several weeks
due to backlog. I think I'll send it in after the SSB CQWW so I'll be
sure to get it back in time for ARRL.
I'll be at N4ZC's again this year operating 15 meters.
P.S. Its not easy typing after you have slammed your finger in a car
door. Ouch!!.
Thanks again for all the replies!

coming back. I am typing cq-contest@tgv.com. I have signed on a new
server and have lost how to sign on to this relfector. I am sorry I sent
this to Fred but he was the first post I could respong to. If anyone can
help please do.

Here is a little news about what to expect out of Thailand in the CQWW
Contest:
The old HS0AC was kicked out of its quarters in the Bangkok Science
Museum. However, the old HS0A at the Asian Institute of Technology has been
refurbished and the HS0AC license has been transferred there. This year,
the HS0AC station will use the special call HS50A in the CQWW in order to
mark the 50th year that King Bhumiphol (HS1A) has been on the throne.
A few of the HS contesters will journey out to the countryside to put HS7AS
on the air for the CQWW. They say receiving condx. are much quieter
out there.
Would you like to set up skeds by e-mail for the contest? Here is a
fairly complete list of the HS's who are on Internet. Just pick out any
one of them and strike up an e-mail friendship to nail down your Zone 26
multiplier!
