New Windows Logging Program

  Paul, KK4HD, is in finishing up a new Windows-based logging program,
  principally targeted at DXers, but with a number of contester-friendly

that, to my knowledge, nobody else does, and seems to do everything very   well.
  
  Let me hasten to add that I have no financial interest - Paul is a friend,
