The M2 - Orion - 2800 ( big rotor ) will go into the top section (pointy) of
25G without cutting if you bow/pry the side braces outwards just slightly (
<= 1/4" )

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your input on the HF2500 amp., I have one "on the way".

I am considering an RF Applications P-3000 Digital RF Power/VSWR Indicator
because of the relay cut-out when swr.3:1(3cx800 protection). I also like to
monitor swr. My first choice was the Nye Viking Power monitor but these seem
hard to find new.

I have a Bird 43 and 2500 wt slug, but no swr auto cut-out.

I tend to make MEGA MISTAKES when operating a contest and am concerned about
damaging the TR relay and/or finals! I usually concentrate on the "log screen".

Would the P-3000 LEDs sreve as a power-output indicator for tune-up or should
I just use the bird 43 and not wory about auto swr cut-out??

Again, thank you for your time and putting up with a "new" contester.

73/TU!
