Back in the 50's, National Radio had a campaign going where they asked 
the amateurs what they wanted in a radio.  After a few months, they took 
all the features they had received and created the NC-300--the "Dream 
Reciever".  Then hey improved it and made the NC-303.  That was one good 
receiver.  You would think that one of the major manufacturers could do 
the same thing and come up with the "Dream Transceiver".  73
