Ouch....that hurts, Dave. I feel sorry for your loss. I hold my
breath every time I send my logs in electronically. I especially
held my breath on our (K5DX - 2A) field day logs....I'd be dead
meat if they got misplaced or didn't make it.
If a DXpedition can post to the Internet each day's calls
logged/worked, I would think any organization doing log
tabulating and checking would be able to post a list of logs
received.
Maybe we all should pose the question individually to our CAC
representative and to the contest sponsors?
