I've not seen a wireless headset with a microphone also but I would
think that some of the models could easily be used for receiving. I
would add a Heil boom to a headset.
Take it one further and add a wireless microphone circuit that would fit
in a shirt pocket. A small FM receiver plugged into the phone patch jack
and it's done. It leaves you with the problem of switching but if you
get the VOX adjusted OK you're in business.
