I like to agree with this A LOT! In CQWW look at the "tiny lot" effort of
W2A. On cw look at ALL WIRES KQ2M! Check out how many times the top score in
QRP makes the TOP TEN in the LOW POWER category! This all points to SKILL,
not brute force.

YOU BET! You should see the "quality" of some of the logs that come in from
stations with FT1000's, multiple towers and big stacks, and alpha's that have
a simply TERRIBLE accuracy rate (bad calls, not-in-log calls, U+1 that end up
as bad, etc.). AA4GA get a 100% on this one!
