Hi Bill, like you said, they are very busy and still get hundreds of logs
per day. After I sent mine to them, it took 3-4 days before I got a
response that stated they had succesfully recieved my log. Be patient,
and re-send it if needed, but note that it has been send before so they
dont accidentally dupe it. Good luck and 73
